Their ministry exists to strengthen those who serve so they can continue their calling with health, resilience, and hope. Drawing on decades of experience in pastoral leadership, counseling, spiritual direction, and worship, Jeff and Karen provide individual counseling, marriage intensives, trauma interventions, and spiritual direction. They also lead worship in churches, conferences, and retreat settings. Through this holistic approach, they walk alongside global workers with wisdom, grace, and deep care, helping them find restoration and renewed strength for the journey ahead.

Catie Smith is a missionary serving with Action International Ministries in the Philippines, where she lives in a relocation community of families displaced by a major typhoon. With a heart for discipleship and evangelism, she has committed to learning local languages and working closely with her neighbors and the local church to show Christ’s love in practical, community-centered ways. Her ministry helps people encounter Jesus while empowering them to pursue their God-given dreams and grow in faith. On the ground, Catie serves her community through practical and relational ministry, including leading a learning center and library, hosting weekly children’s breakfasts, and supporting students through work-study scholarships. She also facilitates discipleship through mothers’ fellowships, youth events, evangelism, and baptism gatherings, while partnering with local churches to share the gospel and foster long-term spiritual growth within the community.

Terry and Cyndi Cirre serve with Wycliffe Bible Translators, a global ministry focused on bringing God’s Word to people in their heart languages. Terry and Cyndi felt called to support Bible translation work beginning in 2014, and in 2016 they moved to Papua New Guinea, where there are hundreds of languages still needing engagement. Their ministry goes beyond translation alone—they help promote literacy, discipleship, and church involvement so that communities not only receive God’s Word but know how to live it out in their daily lives. Terry works as Regional Director for the Highlands Region, guiding translation teams and leading the Highlands Audio Bible Project, which provides solar-powered audio Bibles to those who cannot read. Cyndi supports the work from the U.S., managing partner communications and prayer efforts. Together, they engage global partners to ensure Bible translation and Scripture engagement continue to grow worldwide.

Venkanna Bhukya is a devoted pastor in India, faithfully following in the footsteps of Jesus. He leads evangelistic efforts in both urban slums and remote villages, reaching people who have little exposure to the Gospel. Through preaching, personal ministry, and teaching, Venkanna introduces Jesus to children, new believers, and unbelievers alike, encouraging faith, perseverance, and boldness in a culture often dominated by false gods and idols. His ministry is hands-on and tireless, using every opportunity to share the love and promises of Jesus with those around him. In addition to evangelism, Venkanna mentors and teaches local pastors and Christian leaders, helping them strengthen their ministries and reach their communities more effectively. Venkanna’s ministry is marked by personal sacrifice, spiritual boldness, and a heart for seeing the light of Jesus spread throughout India.
