Hello friends,
He has risen!
What an amazing month we have to celebrate and remember our risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! His resurrection reminds us that death has been defeated, hope is alive, and God’s promises are true. Because of the resurrection, we have victory over sin, fear, and despair.
In 1 Corinthians 15:20-22, Paul writes: “But as it is, Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead also comes through a man. For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.”
As we celebrate this truth, let it shape how we live each day:
Live with hope – The resurrection reminds us that no matter our struggles, God’s power brings life.
Share the Good News – Just as the disciples ran to tell others, we are called to share the joy of Jesus’ victory.
Serve in gratitude – Because He gave His life for us, we can serve others with love and humility.
This month, let’s reflect on the power of the resurrection in our own lives. How can it inspire our relationships, our service, and our faith? How can we be a living testimony of God’s life-giving power in our community?
“Because I live, you also will live” (John 14:19).
Blessings,
Pastor Matt
